Pioneer 1000 is the flagship, and for 2026 it’s an all-new machine: a 999cc twin-cylinder engine paired with a six-speed Dual-Clutch Transmission (DCT) option, a fully geared transmission rather than a belt-driven CVT, that you can run fully automatic or shift manually with paddle shifters. It adds true 4WD with a locking front differential (i-4WD), a 1,000-pound bed capacity, and 2,500 pounds of towing — more than double what the 700 can pull. The 1000-5 trim adds two more seats and Honda’s QuickFlip seating, which folds flat into cargo space or flips up into passenger seats in seconds.
